  • Accounts found engaging in unauthorized activities will be immediately terminated
  • Users violating our terms will face permanent account suspension
  • No prior notice is required for account termination in cases of severe violations
  • Terminated accounts will not be eligible for refunds or compensation

5. Limitation of Liability

By using Avinash CRM services, you explicitly agree that:

  • Avinash CRM and its owner, Avinash Singh, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Users are solely responsible for their use of the service and any resulting consequences
  • No legal claims can be made against Avinash CRM or its owner for service disruptions, data loss, or business losses
  • The service is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avinash CRM and its owner from any claims or damages
